So, the election is coming up in about a week. Good thing that we've got everything squared away, huh? I mean, we definitely don't have any problems with the voting machines.

Denis Miller style joke time: "Define irony. Fox News broadcasting a story that would presumably make their overload look like criminals."

But of course, that was just some ivory tower nerds working in labratory conditions, right? That could never happen in real life, right?

How ridiculous is that the technology involved in national elections is more flawed than Charles Manson's psyche? I mean, there is credible evidence that the Republicans have cheated their way to victories in the past, and now, prior to the election, they have a clear-cut way to do it again. Why is this not a bigger story? Where is the rage over this issue? Do Americans just not care anymore?
